There are two Kaioshins charged as guardians for all the known dimensions. Ansara and Saien are the two Kaioshins. Ansara is charged with watching over 2/3 of the unknown dimensions and Saien with 1/3. There are unchartered dimensions where the Kaioshin do not have close influence.
